Biography
I’m a Chicago native who developed a deep appreciation for architecture early on, growing up surrounded by the beautiful homes and historic buildings of the North Shore. While pursuing a degree in Public Administration, I realized my true calling was in design and construction, and I quickly pivoted to a path that aligned more closely with my passion and creativity.
My love for architecture was solidified during my time as an intern at the Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust, where I had the privilege of contributing to the restoration of the iconic Robie House. Since then, I’ve built a career leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results across every aspect of our work. I’m driven by a genuine passion for enhancing the built environment and a commitment to creating spaces that truly serve the people who use them.
I earned my AAS from Roosevelt University and my BA from Barat College of DePaul University.
I believe that challenging spaces push the limits of our imagination, and when met with constraints, creativity becomes the driver of perfection.

Biography
As the CFO of Ablaze Design Group, I bring decades of industry experience and a strong foundation in business. As a second-generation leader in our family business, I have been mentored by our founder, Howard Lipsky, and have cultivated a deep understanding of the industry. I hold a degree in business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and have gained valuable corporate experience that drives my strategic financial leadership.

As one of the owners of ABLAZE, which I co-own with my husband George and my brother David, design has always been part of my story. Growing up in the family business, I developed a deep appreciation for the craft, creativity, and relationships that fuel our work.
I earned my degree in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University and spent several years in sales and retail management, where I honed my leadership skills and developed a passion for building strong, collaborative teams. After taking time away from the professional world to raise our two children, I returned to the family business in my current role as Marketing and Showroom Manager.
I’m passionate about creating meaningful connections—both within our team and in the local community—and I love seeing how great design can inspire and bring people together. For me, ABLAZE isn’t just about beautiful spaces; it’s about the people and stories behind them.

Biography
I joined Ablaze Design Group in 2021, where I serve as the Controller, Process Administrator, and Assistant to our CFO, David.
I was born and raised in Paris, France, and earned my degree from La Sorbonne. Over the years, I’ve lived in Dallas and Portland (OR), and I now happily call the beautiful city of Chicago my home.
Travel and photography are two of my greatest passions. I love discovering new places and immersing myself in different cultures. I’m also a committed advocate for animal rights, a cause that is very close to my heart.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my dog, spending time with friends, walking through the city, and staying active whenever I can.

Biography
Technical Design Services Manager here at Ablaze Design Group, a senior-level designer, and the heart behind all things technical design. With a bachelor’s degree in interior design from the Art Institute of Indianapolis and many years of experience spanning commercial, residential, and hospitality design, I’ve developed a deep foundation in the technical side of the industry. I’m known for my precision in technical drawing, cabinetry layouts, and space planning, but I’m equally hands-on and passionate about helping clients with their interior selections. My department manages the flow of all materials for every project, ensuring that every finish and fixture not only aligns with the client’s vision but fits perfectly within the overall design. I truly love the process of bringing a space to life.. From the behind-the-scenes drawings to the personal touches that make it feel like home. When I’m not in design mode, you’ll probably find me shopping, doing my hair, or spending time with my three dogs: Mace, Bella, and Little Pea. Design is where my creativity lives, but so is my everyday life.

Biography
I bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to my role as Remodeling Division Manager at ABLAZE. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and began my career in 2005 as a carpenter, building homes from the ground up. Over the years, I’ve expanded my skill set to include all aspects of home remodeling, with experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
This extensive field experience gives me a unique ability to lead and support my crews effectively. My deep understanding of the trades allows me to manage job sites with confidence—ensuring quality workmanship, efficient progress, and seamless coordination across all phases of a project.

I’ve always been drawn to creativity, craftsmanship, and the beauty of well-designed spaces. My career began as an Art Director in advertising, where I honed the art of visual storytelling. Over time, my passion shifted toward something more hands-on—interiors, remodeling, and construction.
Today, I bring that full-spectrum design experience to Ablaze, where I’m known for a thoughtful approach, a sharp eye for detail, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Whether I’m refining a layout or managing a full renovation, my goal is always the same: to unite form and function in a way that truly enhances how people live.
I hold a BFA from Columbia College Chicago and an MS in Design Methods from the Institute of Design at Illinois Tech.
I also live on the North Shore with my family, one spirited English Bulldog, and a fish tank that’s practically part of the décor.

Growing up in Lake Forest and now living in Lakeview, I’m proud to be a designer at Ablaze, specializing in kitchen and bath design. Ever since elementary school, I’ve been fascinated by architectural drawings and the way spaces can be transformed through thoughtful design. By the time I was at Loyola Academy, I knew I wanted to pursue interior architecture—a dream that took me to Miami University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
I love blending beauty and functionality to create spaces that not only look stunning but also enhance the way people live in them. Whether it’s reimagining a cozy powder room or crafting a dream kitchen, my goal is always to bring my clients’ visions to life with creativity, precision, and care.
When I’m not immersed in design plans, you can find me practicing yoga, exploring Chicago’s neighborhoods, or enjoying time with family and friends. For me, design isn’t just a career—it’s a lifelong passion and a way of connecting with people through the spaces they call home.

I am the Purchasing and Project Coordinator here at Ablaze Design Group. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management from Western Governors University. While I’m new to the remodeling industry, I’m excited to bring my background and passion for organization and logistics into every project we take on.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active—I’m an amateur boxer—and I love spending time with my dog. I’m always eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the team as we create beautiful, functional spaces for our clients.

I’ve been with Ablaze Design Group since 2013, and I currently work as the Contracts and Operations Administrator, closely supporting our Painting Department Manager. I bring a positive, can-do attitude to everything I do, and I’m genuinely motivated by seeing our whole team succeed.
I was raised in England, and I’ve always had a passion for travel—there’s nothing better than exploring new places and experiencing different cultures. I’m also a total foodie who loves trying new cuisines and discovering great spots to eat.

I was born and raised in Mexico, and I’ve always believed in working hard and taking pride in what you do. I started with Ablaze back in 2005 as a painter, and over the years I’ve worked my way up—first as a foreman, then field superintendent, and eventually painting operations manager. Today, I serve as the Painting and Home Improvements Department Manager, and it’s been an incredible journey.
Painting has always been more than just a job for me—it’s about attention to detail, craftsmanship, and seeing the transformation a great paint job can bring to a space. I’m proud to lead a team that shares that same passion and commitment to quality. Whether we’re working on a residential project or something bigger, my goal is always to make sure the work is done right and our clients are happy with the results.

I’ve spent the past 23 years in the remodeling industry, managing everything from quick handyman fixes to full-scale home improvement projects. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients—each with their own unique goals, challenges, and visions. That variety has given me a deep understanding of what it takes to keep projects running smoothly, no matter the size or complexity.
As a project manager, I’m hands-on and detail-driven, making sure every phase is handled with precision and clear communication. I believe that the key to a successful project isn’t just great craftsmanship—it’s building trust, anticipating needs, and delivering results that exceed expectations.
When I’m not on a job site, you’ll usually find me enjoying time with my family, working on my golf game, or out fishing. For me, both at work and at home, it’s all about patience, persistence, and enjoying the process as much as the outcome.

Biography
I earned my degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, and ever since, I’ve been passionate about transforming spaces of all shapes and sizes. Over the years, I’ve worked on everything from intimate powder rooms to large-scale additions and fully custom single-family homes. My background in both architecture and construction gives me the tools to bring a client’s vision to life—not just beautifully, but with precision and practicality.
I pride myself on seeing the whole picture, down to the smallest detail. I don’t just react to problems; I anticipate them, heading off potential issues long before they can impact the project. Every remodel I take on, I treat as if it were my own home—holding craftsmanship, functionality, and client satisfaction as my highest priorities. For me, it’s not just about creating a finished space, but about making the process smooth, collaborative, and rewarding from start to finish.

Biography
Born and raised in downtown Chicago, I’ve always been drawn to beautifully designed and constructed buildings. As a child, my parents often took my sister and me on Frank Lloyd Wright tours in Oak Park and visits to the Art Institute, MCA Chicago, and galleries throughout the city—experiences that sparked my lifelong love of art and design.
After high school and college in Boston, I explored the diverse architecture of the East Coast, earned a degree in Art History, and began traveling internationally, deepening my passion for design. My eight years at Leslie Hindman Auctioneers allowed me to combine my love of organization with antiques and interiors. Later, while living in London with my husband and daughter, I worked as Operations and Showroom Manager for Christopher Peacock Cabinetry, gaining valuable insight into high-end cabinetry design.
Now back on the North Shore, I’m thrilled to bring my skills to ABLAZE Design Group as Client Services Representative, ensuring each client receives exceptional service and keeping our showroom inviting and inspiring.
I live in Winnetka with my daughter and our sweet dogs, Rosie and Dizzy. Outside of work, I love enjoying the lake and forest preserves, practicing yoga, outdoor dining, planning travel adventures, and visiting museums and galleries.
